Four business areas across the investment cycle

We work from assets that are already producing through to the creation of new companies, tailoring each investment to its stage.

Producing assets

We acquire non-operated interests in blocks that are already in production. These assets generate cash flow from day one and carry lower geological and technical risk. We work alongside experienced operators and contribute capital to sustain and optimise production from mature fields.

Who it is for: Interest holders, operators and concessionaires looking for financial partners.

Development financing

We finance the state partner's share of project development costs, with repayment made from future production. Projects move forward without requiring upfront capital from the State, and the interests of all parties are aligned with the success of the asset.

Who it is for: National oil companies and state entities.

Associated gas monetisation

Much of the gas produced alongside oil is still flared. We invest in solutions to capture it and supply industrial and power generation projects. This turns waste into economic value and reduces the environmental impact of production.

Who it is for: Operators, industrial projects and power producers.

Company formation and management

We create and manage investment vehicles and partnerships with local and international partners. Each structure is designed to be clear and efficient and to comply with each country's regulations, with sound governance from the outset.
